Job Title: Field Sales Executive – CASA Products

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on promoting and selling the bank’s CASA products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of banking products, and the ability to connect with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
– Identify potential leads and prospects through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
– Pitch CASA products to individual customers and businesses.
– Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationships:
– Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
– Provide product information and resolve any emerging queries or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Market Analysis:
– Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
– Provide feedback to the product team on client preferences and market demands.
4. Documentation & Compliance:
– Ensure all sales activities adhere to the bank’s policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
– Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for account opening.
5. Team Collaboration:
– Collaborate with branch staff and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
– Participate in weekly/monthly sales meetings to share best practices, progress, and insights.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
– Proven experience in field sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
– Strong understanding of CASA products and the banking industry.
– Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
– Proficient in local language and English.
