Key Responsibilities:

2. Operational Excellence:
– Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness to market demands.
– Lead the development and launch of new payment solutions, features, and innovations.
3. Financial Management:
– Collaborate with the CFO to ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability.
– Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability.
4. Stakeholder Relations:
– Maintain open lines of communication with the Board of Directors, presenting regular updates and strategic recommendations.
– Cultivate essential partnerships and alliances within the fintech industry and beyond.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
– Ensure the company’s activities align with regulatory standards and best practices in the fintech sector.
– Oversee risk management strategies to protect company assets and reputation.

Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
– Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in fintech or the payments industry.
